minimum size ~ 1.5 inches

maximum size ~ 5x3 inches

base is included for miniatures that need them

you will recieve the physical miniature & the .stl file at your request

if outside of the US, shipping costs will be added to the final total

unless a specific deadline is discussed and set, please allow for at least 30 days for completion

The commissioner will be contacted if, for any reason, the piece is expected to take longer than 30 days or must be delayed

WIPs (work in progress) will be sent upon request or if I need confirmation on details

Commission must be paid upfront in full before work begins (including shipping if applicable)

In unique cases, I may accept 50% payment upfront and the final 50% before the finished product is delivered

Once provided with the commissioner's P@yP@l linked e-mail, I will send an invoice for the agreed upon price

payment may also be accepted through cashapps

If no payment is received, I will reserve the client in a queue spot for 7 days. After that, the placeholder will be removed and the process will start over from the beginning

Commissioners are entitled to ask for a refund at any time and are not required to provide a reason

Full refunds will only be issued if work has not yet begun. If work has already begun, only a partial refund of 50% will be given

If I, for any reason, find myself unable to complete a commission, a refund will be issued in full

Commissioners may re-post the finished work on personal sites or blogs(twitter, FA, dA, TH etc.) with proper credit

The post must somehow clearly state that the piece was done by me by either including my username (bananacream) or a link back to one of my accounts

Any and all commissions purchased are for commissioner's PERSONAL USE only

Image cannot, in any way, be used for commercial use

Personal use includes but is not limited to: posting art in personal and character galleries, cropping for icons and thumbnails, and printing(prints, stickers, buttons, shirts etc)

I am shipping from the US

The tracking number of the shipped order will be sent to the client as soon as the order is shipped

Physical commissions will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, unless a different method is required or requested

Shipping insurance may be provided upon request and must be paid before product is shipped

I will NOT be responsible for any loss in the postal service. If the package becomes lost in the postal service, I will not be responsible for re-making or refunding any item

If the order arrives damaged:

1). the client must reach out to me within 14 business days after receiving the order

2). The client must provide pictures of the damage so I can assess the best way to help resolve the issues

3). I reserve the right to determine how shipping charges will be handled if the artwork needs to be shipped back for repairs
